The Dragon and the Pig form a discord
The Dragon and the Pig form a discord. The clash position of 辰 is 戌 (the Dog), and 亥 sits right next to it; right next to 巳 (the Snake), the clash position of 亥, sits 辰.
It is traditionally seen as a pair who resent each other yet cannot part. It looks calm on the surface, but the misalignment is believed to last, so it gets 52 — higher than a clash (45) and lower than neutral (68).
On the circle, 辰 is in the fifth place and 亥 in the twelfth, and the two characters are five steps apart.

How far it moves the final match rate
If everything else is equal, this pair lowers the final match rate by 4.8 points in zodiac compatibility and by 2.2 points in day branch compatibility, compared with a neutral pair.
Zodiac compatibility sets the branches of the birth years side by side, and day branch compatibility sets those of the birth days. The two can be different branches, so the same two people can show different relationships in each.
